We picked up a turtle off the side of the road the other day (Austin's been wanting a turtle) and so we had a pet for two days. (you can see it in the grass in front of Austin)They didn't want to let it go, but I was afraid of death if it didn't eat, so we set it loose in our strawberries, and of course it didn't stay. Other neighbors spotted the turtle throughout the week, and then yesterday we saw one crossing the road into the woods, and the boys decided it was ours....which made Drew "want to cry " because he missed it.
Anyway, the boys had a lot of fun with "yellow spots" (as he was named).
Our garden has been doing great with all the rainfall...Sorry these pics are kindof over exposed, I'll take some better ones later....
